The Gentle Reset

A heart-centred introduction to energy healing.

  • A nourishing "taster" session of Usui Reiki designed to clear the noise of daily life and introduce you to the restorative power of energy work.

  • We begin with a brief check-in to settle your energy. As you relax, I use gentle hand placements (on or off the body) to flow Reiki energy through your major energy centres, focusing on clearing immediate blockages.

  • You will leave feeling lighter, grounded, and mentally refreshed—as if you’ve pressed the "restart" button on your nervous system.

  • $88 (45–60 minutes reiki + 15 min discussion post reiki)

The Crystal Cocoon

A high-vibrational, sensory healing experience.

  • A specialised Reiki session that integrates the earth’s frequency through crystals to amplify healing, emotional release, and chakra alignment.

  • After identifying your current energetic needs, I intuitively place high-vibrational crystals across your body’s key chakras. While the stones work to stabilise your frequency, I perform a full-body Reiki treatment to bathe your spirit in healing energy.

  • Deep emotional release and a profound sense of inner harmony. You will feel "held" by the earth’s energy and deeply connected to your physical body.

  • Intuitive and Psychic impressions may be received and shared during the sessions.
